  • You may opt out of promotional communications at any time as described in the messages.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers or network issues.
  • Our liability is limited as permitted by law.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.

1. Service Description

Alchemy Labs provides AI-powered virtual receptionist and business communication services, including but not limited to:

  • Automated call answering and routing
  • Appointment scheduling and management
  • Missed call recovery via SMS follow-up
  • Appointment reminder notifications
  • Review generation and reputation management
  • Lead qualification and follow-up

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information for AI training and configuration
  • Ensure your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Obtain necessary consents from your customers for automated communications

3. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing customers.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process call recordings, transcripts, and customer data to provide and improve our services. You retain ownership of your business data, and we will not sell your data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI technology, software, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of Alchemy Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for your business operations during your active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alchemy Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and we will retain your data for 30 days before deletion.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
