Plumbing calls are high intent—and often urgent. The goal isn’t to replace your team, it’s to make sure no opportunity slips through.
Start with emergency triage
- Identify active leaks, no-water, sewer backups, gas odor, and other high-priority scenarios.
- Collect address, access notes, and dispatch preferences.
Book the appointment (or the estimate)
If you’re running service calls, prioritize scheduling. If you’re doing larger jobs, prioritize estimate intake and follow-up.
Capture details that reduce callbacks
- Problem description, photos (if applicable), prior work, and parking/access notes.
- Preferred time windows and constraints (pets, gate codes, tenant approval).
